I feel most alive when I’m out of my studio. I like working in front of the audience to feel people's emotions and exchange thoughts and actions with them. I started first with theater and cinema, then with painting and performance. I love making murals and redevelopment projects in the suburbs. All the arts must work together to create the world we would really like to experience. I cannot be happy if others are not too.
The following projects are in chronological order, the most recent at the top.
constituent mothers 2
"The Constituent Mothers" is a large mural by Carlo Gori for the "Massimo Iaboni" Theater Hall of the Istituto Comprensivo Corrado Melone in Ladispoli (Rome). The work is dedicated to the 21 women who joined the Italian Constituent Assembly on 2 June 1946 thanks to the first election that allowed women to both vote and be elected.
"The Constituent Mothers" is a painting made live in Piazza Duomo in Novara for the Provincial Committee of the ANPI on 2 June 2020. The work is dedicated to the 21 women who joined the Italian Constituent Assembly on 2 June 1946 thanks to the first election that allowed women to both vote and be elected.
Especially during the quarantine I started making small video animations that concerned both the same situation we were experiencing and aspects that should be emphasized.
